Complaints Awareness Test

Here are some questions to gauge you knowledge towards complaints. See if you can pass this test.


Part 1:


True or False


1. It is okay to be slightly distracted for as long as it doesn’t show in class.

2. The teacher is allowed to reprimand the student according to her discretion especially when the student misbehaves.

3. Professionalism can be seen in the appearance, speech and actions of the teacher.


Part 2:


Select the incorrect statement/s


Do not post a lesson memo when the student is absent.

Do not post a lesson memo when you are absent.

Do not post a lesson memo if the actual lesson is more than 15 minutes.

If the student was late and the class was less than 15 minutes, you should not post a lesson memo.
